Hawaii is a magical place. We visited the beautiful Island of Oahu in the summertime with beautifully calm oceans and crystal clear water, a completely different contrast to the large waves being produced in the winter time. Swimming with the turtles was on the cards and for this day we began our journey on the North Shore staying at Turtle Bay Resort. We ventured along the highway and stopped in at Waimea Bay. When you're holding a large camera weighing over 10kg people begin to notice you. Luckily everyone was friendly and also managed to point out the direction of turtles and bait balls. After swimming with several turtles over a two our period we walked away absolutely in love with this place. This image was certain to make the Hawaii Gallery collection.
