It's not a money-making endeavour, but it takes us time to cut tiles, we have wastage, then have to book it on, having a small nominal fee helps ensure our customers are serious, rather than reequing How big are the samples Honestly, it depends, for certain ranges we will have plenty in stock, we'd often use an off cut to give you the real product to review, other times, it might be a sample of the EPDM layered finish. If we ever don't have stock, we'd call you and refund the order, but ensure you have pictures and videos.
