In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the fundamentals of acrobatic floorwork, learning key movements such as shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, and a few split il lusions. Through progressive exercises, you’ll build strength and mobility while mastering smooth floor transitions and discovering the subtleties of these dynamic and aesthetic moves. Level: Beginner-Intermediate What to bring: Knee pads and socks The workshop lasts 90 minutes. With 8 years of pole experience, a background in music and theatre, Miz K is an accomplished artist and multi-award-winning performer (PSO Canada East, Skripped Down, Pole Master Championship).
