This GPS module uses the MTK3333 chipset, a high-quality GPS receiver capable of tracking up to 22 satellites across 66 channels. It offers excellent high-sensitivity (-165 dB tracking) and can provide up to 10 location updates per second for rapid and accurate tracking. Notable Features: External Antenna Support: The built-in ceramic patch antenna provides great sensitivity, but you can connect an external 3V active GPS antenna via the u.FL connector. The module automatically switches to the active antenna when connected. Data-Logging: With built-in FLASH memory, the module can log GPS data (time, date, longitude, latitude, and height) every 15 seconds when a fix is available. This data is stored for up to 16 hours and is automatically appended, ensuring no data is lost even if power is lost.
