Florence Cellars 2023 Chardonnay Roza Hills | Yakima Valley AVA Coming from 1982 old vines on a north facing slope, this wine was pressed direct to barrel, fermented and aged sur l ie for 7 months in used French oak barrels. Frequent lees stirring and full malolactic fermentation make this wine all about texture and savory secondary expressions rather than a ripe fruit bomb.
