Florence Cellars 2022 GSM Roza Hills | Yakima Valley AVA, Olsen Vineyard | Yakima Valley AVA, RockBar Vineyard | The Rocks AVA This Syrah dominant GSM blend includes generous amoun ts of Mourvedre, and rounded out with a bit of Grenache. It was harvested ripe and saw about 20% stem inclusion. The cap was managed with manual punch downs and pulsed-air twice a day until dry and the wine spent a total of 30 days on its skins for maximum flavor extraction and mid palate body. Aged for 18 months in once and twice used French oak barrels. Proudly bottled unfiltered. White pepper, ripe bramble berries, smoked sausage, tobacco leaf, and leather. Show more
