Florence Cellars 2022 Riesling (Dry) Olsen Vineyard | Yakima Valley AVA We were absolutely thrilled when we were offered to work with this amazing varietal. It has definitely becom e an in-house favorite. The kicker to it all was that the opportunity to co-ferment with Gewürztraminer, meant that we could add about 5% to the Riesling blend as well! We let it macerate for 3 days on skins, and in total it saw 10 months in 50% neutral oak, and 50% in stainless steel barrel. This deftly blended dry Riesling went through malolactic fermentation to build up a rich mid-palate and is reminiscent of lime peel, peach, jasmine, seamless minerality. Show more
