Join Rachael Jean of Elemental Midwifery, a midwife, medicine woman and flower essence practitioner, and Melissa McConnell of The Honeybee Temple, an artist, somatic art facilitator, and Holistic Health Practitioner, for this three month online journey with flower essences and the archetypes of Mother, Father and Child. Through ceremony, art, and devotion, we will learn the ways to attune ourselves to the spirit of the flowers as we come into resonance with carefully formulated flower essence blends. We invite participants to join us for all three sessions, but you are also welcome to join just one or two if they are most resonant / available for you. We will be journeying through the archetypes of Mother, Father and Child, exploring both their wounds and their blessings, with the direct support of flower essence blends and art process facilitation. We will meet live once per month (on the 1st of each month, March, April + May, 2026) for online sessions to explore the essences and the art process together. We will initiate the essence blends together on this special live online ceremony, and then you will have the rest of the bottle to work through until we meet again the following month. This journey is a deep dive to explore these archetypes and how they relate to you. The flower essences and watercolor art process (both water-based mediums) are both subtle yet incredibly powerful modalities to support your inner healing, discovery and revelation around these themes. The flower essence blends are carefully created by Rachael Jean, and each contain five different flowers or tree flowers which support aspects of the Mother, Father and Child in a holistic embrace. Flower essences help us with what may come up with these themes, gently mirroring the places in us that are out of resonance with our own inherent truth. This work is deeply ancestral, as the flowers gently and thoroughly unearth long held and inherited patterns and programs from our lineage, so that we may see them for what they are and choose new, more resonant ways to navigate our lives and the world we live in. The watercolor practice that Melissa will teach is a steadfast support to continue to be with you for processing and sustenance for the month until we meet again. Each live session will be an opportunity to initiate our essences together, to connect with the medicine of each flower included, and to imbibe the essence together in the group field. We will be adding the essence to our painting water as well, and the facilitated painting process will be an opportunity for each of us to explore and connect with each archetype and what is alive for us. After the painting ritual, there will be an opportunity for each of us to share what surfaced in our process, to gather the collective wisdom and similarities of the archetypal themes we are exploring. If you do choose to participate in all three sessions, you will have access to a private Telegram group to share about your experiences with the essences and art until we meet again a month later. This resource will support accountability with the essences and also with the resource of the art practice for processing and expression until we meet again. Registration for all three or single classes includes a (1/2 oz) bottle of flower essence blend per class, mailed to your home before the related class (Mother, Father + Child). You are responsible for gathering your art supplies (ideally a journal that can hold water-based medium, a pencil or pen, and watercolors with a brush - please reach out to Melissa if you would like recommendations on this!). We recommend a journal to have a contained space to record your discoveries with the essences and the learnings with the themes over time.
