Immerse yourself in the thrill of the hunt as you take your position at one of our 12 well-positioned stations, each located approximately 100 yards from the tower. Our expertly designed hunts accommodate a maximum of two hunters per station, ensuring ample shooting opportunities. With pheasants released over 12 distinct time slots, you'll enjoy an engaging rotation system that allows you to shoot from various stations, each presenting its own unique challenges shaped by the surrounding terrain. Our pheasant hunts span approximately three hours, during which we recommend using a 12-gauge shotgun equipped with number 6 heavy loads and a modified choke for optimal performance. Safety is paramount, and we mandate the use of safety glasses while strongly advising the use of hearing protection for all hunters. As you focus on the excitement of the hunt, our experienced guides and skilled dogs stand ready to retrieve downed birds, ensuring a seamless and organized experience. During the clockwise rotation, signaled by a resounding horn from the tower, you'll witness the remarkable teamwork of our team as they efficiently collect the birds, allowing you to stay fully immersed in the hunt. Throughout the hunt, we provide refreshments and offer shell restocking in the field, ensuring your comfort and convenience as you navigate the rotations. After the hunt, you'll return to our welcoming lodge, where a delectable rustic southern lunch awaits. While you savor your meal, our attentive guides will expertly clean and process your harvested pheasants, ensuring an equitable distribution among hunters, preserving the memories of your successful outing. Prepare for a memorable adventure spanning approximately 6-7 hours. Arrive between 7:30 - 8:00 am to enjoy a warm welcome and light breakfast at our lodge. At 8:45 am, our hunting buggies will depart promptly, embarking on a picturesque 15-20-minute drive to the pheasant hunting fields.
