Our Compostable black organic corn floss is made from organic corn, has a natural mint flavor, is vegan, contains no petroleum-based plastic, and is completely compostable in industrial composting facilities. We have found that our corn floss has a bit of a learning curve to master (to avoid it breaking), but have also found that it performs much better than silk versions of compostable floss. Plus, it’s made with vegan, plant-based candelilla wax. For those of you with tighter teeth, our Non-Compostable black bamboo charcoal floss offers a much improved low waste floss option but still contains a small amount of petroleum-based plastic. It provides an amazing flossing experience, much closer to a traditional dental floss while still containing much less plastic than most floss on the market. It is also vegan, made with plant-based candelilla wax, naturally antimicrobial, and detoxifying with a natural mint flavor. When you're ready to reload, simply unscrew the bamboo container, insert a new floss spool, pull the thread through the small hole in the lid, and screw the container back together — and you're good to go! To extend the life of your bamboo container, keep it dry between uses.
