This was one of our first gluten free options and has remained a firm favourite. It comes in a 9inch size which will give up to 15 slices. One layer of chocolate goodness made usin g cocoa, this cake has a dark chocolate taste with the texture of a light brownie. Please note this has a natural cracking appearance because of the ingredients used. Because of its rustic nature, this cake cannot be decorated or iced.
