Its stability also helps with the stow and relaunch process. Despite its efficiency for early "up on foil" takeoffs, the reflex airfoil makes it possible to depower the canopy completely. Even in extremely gusty conditions, the wing could be depowered and flown using just the front lines, effectively reducing most of the power and highlighting its versatility and exceptional stability. Additionally, this technology supports sailing at impressive upwind angles. The D-Wing also comes equipped with a lightweight carbon fiber bar and color-coded lines for added convenience. Both the canopy and lines are color-coded, a simple solution that makes stowing and relaunching easier by clearly identifying the leading edge and front lines. Additionally, in the event of a tangle, this system simplifies sorting and reorganizing the lines. With a no-compromise approach, Flow used only the best materials available. For the canopy, they chose Porcher Skytex ripstop, and for the lines, they utilized Liros' Technora range.
