Flower essences are vibrational medicine that is made by picking a flower at peak energetic ripeness and infusing it into water in direct sunlight and preserving it in brandy. This sounds heady but if you think about all of the creatures that interact with a flower and the sun/water/soil that nourish it into optimal ripeness there is a lot of energy and magic there. The plants have whispered sweet messages to me when I sit with them. These are the notes that I have included below to help with choosing which one might be best for you. Try one for yourself and see if you can notice the subtleties that it brings. Believe in it, take note of small changes and open your heart to it, you might just see something you never noticed before and that, my friend, is growth. The medicine requires you to tune into subtle changes and be present with yourself. Once you do that it can bring on tremendous healing if taken regularly and with intention. The different flower remedies that I offer are all made with blooms that have called to me, I encourage you to read through all of the different offerings and see which one calls to you and start there. The ritual: Set intention. Place 4 drops under tongue or in water or tea 4x daily. Excellent when used before meditation or any other healing work. Tune into yourself and bask in all of your glory. Andromeda: A hug from a grandmother or an elder who wants you to know that everything will be ok. This essence helps you remember to take care of yourself, love yourself and make space within your heart for love. Very comforting. Clivia: For those who tend to overthink decisions or feel insecure about their own opinions. May bring forward a new feeling of confidence, assertiveness and a force of creative energy push through. Forsythia: For those wanting to attract new people into their life or starting a new project. Can help us pay more attention to our energy and how we use it. Crocus: Promotes a softening towards others and can promote a new joy towards life. Dry your eyes on the wind. Goldenrod: For those who tend to be easily infulenced by others and have lost (or never found to begin with) their own voice.
