David Hart Original Flower Study - Oil Painting (2020) Renowned Australian artist David Hart was born and raised in Broken Hill, where he first discovered his passion for painting while working alongside his father, the late Pro Hart (M.B.E.). Beginning his artistic journey at just 16, David has built a distinguished 35-year career, earning international recognition and becoming one of Australia’s most highly collected artists. Through bold experimentation with colour and innovative techniques, David’s iconic flower series has evolved with rich textures and vibrant energy.
