The first delivery will be at the door the Friday following receipt of the first payment. What if there’s a Public Holiday on Friday? We’ll deliver your flowers on Thursday. What happens if no one is home by the time of delivery? If there's no one home, let our staff know where they should leave the flowers. Please remember to include your gate code for seamless delivery. What happens if the flowers are damaged or stolen after delivery? If there's no one home and you've indicated where we should leave your flowers, Kim Chan Events Limited will not accept liability once the bouquet has been delivered to the required address. Can I have the flowers delivered on a different day? If you need your flowers delivered on a different day of the week, let us know and we'll arrange it for you.
