This painting represents releasing the things in which we cannot control, and redirecting that energy into the things that we can. Fluere is a Latin term which means "to flow." The act of flowing freely, stopping resistance, redirecting energy away from what cannot be controlled and toward what can. Moving with the current, rather than trying to fight it.
