A fine combination specimen from the Blackdene Mine, Co. Durham, England. Bright metallic yellow crystals of Chalcopyrite measuring to around 2mm, are seen to richly cover large ar eas on light purple-white crystals of Fluorite. Metallic grey inter grown cubo-octahedral crystals of Galena are in association. The main Galena crystal has developed as a partial hopper habit, with an inter grown crystal cluster of light metallic yellow cubic Pyrite. A great combo specimen from Blackdene Mine. Show more
