Flutter is manufactured in Bali Indonesia, produced by a group of 12 fabulous pattern makers, cutters, and tailors, all local and family owned, and the screen printing and dyeing is done by local Balinese artisans as well. The digital component of Flutter is done in Java, and Mary designs, ships, and runs everything else on her own from Seattle.
