FLYING CAMEL 166 — 2026Speed and Control, AmplifiedThe Flying Camel 166 is our high-performance foil board developed to help riders holdmore speed with greater control, while remaining stable, predictable, and efficient inreal racing conditions. Designed by Arnon Dagan, Lior Alfassi, and Amado Vrieswijk, the focus of this boardis refined performance: quick takeoffs, calm behavior at speed, and confidence whenmargins are small. Bottom ShapeThe new deep double concave bottom is central to how the Flying Camel performs.During takeoff, the shape helps the board rise cleanly and efficiently, allowing quick, reliable lift with less effort. Once flying, the same geometry contributes to stability bykeeping brief contacts short, centered, and controlled. During touchdowns, instead of reacting sharply or twisting, the board stays aligned withthe foil, reducing unwanted pitch and yaw movements. This results in fewer corrections, smoother re-entries, and the ability to maintain speed with less effort. Beveled Rails and Cut-OutsThe beveled rails and tail cut-outs soften the board’s reaction when contact happens. They reduce rail engagement, limit sudden deceleration, and allow the board to releasecleanly back into flight. Touchdowns become less disruptive and speed loss isminimized, especially when riding powered or pushing limits. Nose DesignThe Flying Camel features the Future Fly signature bullet-shape nose, refined forstability and control. The profile remains clean and efficient at speed, while being made slightly wider thana pure needle design. This adds pitch stability and predictability during takeoffs, transitions, and brief contacts, without compromising performance. The result is a nose that feels calm, balanced, and confidence-inspiring at speed. Revised Construction & FinishFor 2026, the Flying Camel receives a revised lay-up with increased carbon content, resulting in a lighter and stiffer board. The optimized laminate schedule delivers a weight reduction of approximately 400grams, while improving stiffness and energy transfer. The board feels more directunderfoot, reacts more precisely, and maintains its performance under high load.Built with Future Fly’s premium construction standards, the Flying Camel combinesdurability, consistency, and a refined finish suitable for top-level racing.
