XLKITES Comment: Flysurfer Hybrid kites are perfect for teaching, especially for light people. The smallest size is 3 square meters for a 4-line kite. The next bigger sizes are 4.5, 6.0, 8, 10 and 12. Super easy to relaunch, very easy to keep in the air in light wind, and most importantly, they are NOT fast. Even when you send them directly across the power zone, they reach a medium speed and don't go any faster. It's a neat design feature. When they reach a certain speed, the leading edge caves in a little bit, which makes them intentionally slower. So you don't get those sudden power spikes that normal kites get when zoomed across the power zone.
