This cube offers the possibility to record three different fluorophores simultaneously. E1, E2, and E3 stand for excitation at the cube's schematic, F1, F2, and F3 for respective f luorescence windows, and S for the sample port. The 540-570 nm Excitation Band Built-in LED Optical Head does not include an Intensity Adjustment Ring. Compared to Fluorescence Mini Cubes with only FC connectors on all ports, the ones with integrated photodetectors provide a 100% better signal-to-noise ratio (30% signal increase and a 40% noise reduction).
