This is then followed by an inner layer of rubberized or closed-cell foam that acts as a barrier to ensure that sound is reflected away from the walls. The last layer acts as a “sound gap” to further decouple any lingering problems.Sound Reduction panels are flat and beveled at the edges to give people the desired grid-effect.
