This open textured chewy bread is perfect for sandwiches, or serving warm with some oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. This is almost completely powered by sourdough with the sm allest touch of yeast, and is proved slowly overnight in the fridge to make sure there is as much flavour as possible.
