This was a go to for my son for many years. He used it before school, rolling it on the back of his neck and behind the ears to help give him a great start to the day. He also used it after school when he was doing homework. I have customers that use it throughout the day at work or at home if you need to recenter your thoughts and get stuff done. Can also be applied to the temples. *****All of my rollers are made with pure essential oils free from synethetics or fillers. I use organic jojoba oil as my carrier oil which is great for the skin without leaving an oily residue.
