Sometimes you just need an afternoon with an accountability partner to get things done. Focus Sessions provide concentrated blocks of uninterrupted time to focus and get work done using the benefits of time-blocking to maximize productivity. Breaks are included to share experiences with peers, get out of your chair a bit, and refresh your mind. Each focus session will be from 1pm-5pm CENTRAL time. Schedule: 30 min for introductions, instructions, and intention setting 60 min for focused work 15 min break/check-in 45 min for focused work 15 min break/check-in 45 min for focused work 30 min for wrap up, wins, and goals Christy will be available for private room breakouts and chats during the focus work time if you need a little guidance or get a little stuck. You will receive a zoom link at least 24 hours in advance of the focus session.
