Different from flat elastic, fold over elastic is woven with a seam in the middle which makes it really easy to hold in place and fold evenly along the way. The technique used is similar to what you would do when binding. You will fold the elastic over the the layer(s) of fabric that you’re looking to cover, encapsulating the seam allowance. Because this product is used to maintain stretch value, you will likely want to use a stretch or a zig zag stitch. Please follow the instructions on your pattern for best results.
