We have designed this mount to have three locking positions. With the flag / whip in the up position it works like any standard flag / whip mount, but when you pull our locking pin the flag / whip mount is able to fold. When the flag /whip mount is folded you are able to drive in your enclosed trailer and not worry ruining your flag or whips.
