Through my most recent ceramic series Folklore Echoes (2025), I seek to revisit and reinterpret lost traditions and histories that connect me to my country of origin by referring t o both folklore and political events that have shaped modern Poland. It provides a space to consider my relationship to craft—often positioned in contrast to fine art. Weaving the Past with the Present: Folklore Echoes, features photographs selected from the Polish National Archive. My publication served as crucial conceptual reference and directly informed the sculptural process while developing Folklore Echoes. Show more
