The site of the heather in bloom over the Derbyshire Moors is spectacular, along with the grasses highlighted by the suns rays and the deep greens of the bilberry bushes. I was tak en by the view of this ancient path walked by so many people over the centuries. The path leads to the Peak District's highest point on Kinder Scout.
