Panascal is a Quinta that is blended to make Fonseca. A very conservative nose with blackberry, black coffee and just a hint of orange blossom. Moderate definition on the ripe, fle shy palate, which is surprisingly soft, and supple, overtly expressive at this early stage. Cherry, ripe strawberry and yet again a tang of blood orange and a dash of white pepper on the finish.2005 Show more
