If you’re dealing with symptoms like bloating, runny stool, acne, brain fog, or skin irritation, chances are it’s not just one trigger. It may be a mix of what you’re eating and wh at you’re exposed to outside or in your home. That’s why our Lab Director, Norma, says this is the most important at-home intolerance test for both adults and kids. Food intolerances occur when your digestive enzymes and gut microbiome can’t properly break down a food, and environmental sensitivities reflect dissonance in how the body responds to external environmental factors, like fabrics, cleaning products, pollen, or pet dander. That’s why our test looks at your body's response to over 1120 ingredients and environmental exposure items because knowing both your food intolerances and environmental sensitivities gives you the full picture.
