Weed design. Peel transfer tape off backing and apply sticky side down on your design. Rub with scraper. Lift transfer tape and design from backing and then place on new surface. Rub with a scraper and then lift transfer tape. Return transfer tape to backing to reuse later. Heat Transfer Vinyl: Express Print -- Thin and lightweight -- Semi-matte finish -- For light or dark-colored fabrics Application: Cut face up. Do not mirror. Weed design. Peel HTV transfer tape off backing and apply sticky side down on your design. Rub with scraper. Lift HTV transfer tape and design from backing and then place on shirt. Press vinyl at 300 degrees under medium pressure. Use a Teflon sheet or other barrier between your heat press and vinyl.
