Course Details Course Duration: 10 hours Class Size: Maximum 20 students Languages: English and Cantonese Eligibility: Must hold a valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate with a passing grade of 90% or higher Instructor: Certified FoodSafe Instructor Passing Requirements Written Exam: Minimum 80% Participation: 100% Certification Certificate issued by Vancouver Coastal Health Recognized FoodSafe Level 2 Certificate Certificates are usually issued within one month after passing the exam Students will be notified by email from CCM when their certificate is ready for pickup at CCM Burnaby or Richmond office Terms & Conditions 1. Course Policy Classes will open with a minimum of 10 students. Any schedule changes will be notified at least 5 business days in advance. Full payment is required upon registration. 2.
