Foot Petals Back of Heel Cushions are perfectly designed to prevent heels from slipping out of your shoes. These adhesive pads fit perfectly into the back of your shoes to help pre vent blisters from forming. Also try them underneath the top of your shoe to keep the shoes from digging in. Directions: 1. Before exposing adhesive, test the placement of the Back of Heel Cushions in your shoes. Position the widest part on top, and check for fit. 2. Make sure shoe interior is clean and dry. 3. Remove adhesive backing from the Back of Heel Cushions and position them carefully into place. Note: The adhesive is permanent. Back of Heel Cushions should not be removed and reused.
