The Forearm Hammer Lever is a classic tool for developing raw wrist and forearm strength. Levering forces your wrist to stabilise through a long range of motion, building the kind of strength that carries over to steel bending, armwrestling, stone lifting and any sport where wrist control matters. The long handle and adjustable loading point allow you to train with or without added weight, making it ideal for beginners right up to advanced lifters. Small changes in leverage dramatically increase the difficulty, giving you one of the most brutally honest tests of wrist strength you can do. Simply add Olympic plates to the sleeve, secure with a collar, and start training through controlled reps, holds or rotational lever work. Axle collars offer the best fit on the 48mm sleeve, giving a tight, secure lock-off.Standard Olympic collars will work for most movements, but we recommend axle collars for anything fast, dynamic or overhead to ensure the plates stay fully secured.
