FOREST Green beaded necklace made with Nephrite Jade. Each bead is hand knotted onto silk thread. Closes in back with sterling silver clasp. 19 1/2" long. Creative Notes: I was thi nking of the deep greens of an evergreen forest and I remembered I had this gorgeous string of Nephrite Jade rondelle beads with subtle colour transitions of deep evergreen. For this piece I decided to do a beaded necklace hand knotting each bead onto green silk thread. I love how it turned out. __________________________________________________________ This necklace is part of a project I did to get me through the winter of 2024. A daily Creative Project based on a published word prompt. It was an incredible way to wake up my creativity in a typically dreary time of year.
