This whisky begins with Cheshire barley, fermented with wild yeast and pure spring water from the Forest Distillery's own source. It is initially matured in oak casks beneath the C at & Fiddle, then expertly blended with select whiskies. To enhance the flavour even further, the blend is rested in new English oak casks within the Cat and Fiddle cellars, adding a final, luxurious touch. The result is an exceptionally smooth and vibrant whisky of the highest quality, with a subtle sweetness perfectly complemented by the distinctive character of English oak. Each bottle is crafted from handmade English porcelain, featuring a unique papercut design by artist Georgia Lowe, glazed with real gold. Show more
