Built from industrial aluminum extrusion and engineered for rigidity, Forge delivers exceptional strength, stability, and flexibility without unnecessary mass. Designed as a system, Forge adapts to your workflow over time. Add work surfaces, mobility, isolation layers, shelving, or future accessories as your needs evolve, without replacing the core platform. Forge is built to support demanding tools, machines, and loads while remaining clean, adjustable, and easy to configure. Design & Construction The Forge Frame is constructed from precision-cut aluminum extrusion and assembled using geometry-driven joints that naturally square the frame during assembly. The result is a rigid, aligned structure that performs under load without relying on overbuilt steel or permanent mounting. Integrated, pre-threaded hard points allow Forge to accept a wide range of work surfaces, including custom tops and user-supplied materials. The frame uses a standard 15-series aluminum extrusion profile, making it compatible with commonly available 8 mm T-slot hardware for mounting tools, accessories, and future expansions. Modular Tool Mounting Forge includes an additional standard aluminum extrusion mounting member integrated directly into the frame. This provides a dedicated, modular interface for mounting tools, fixtures, and accessories without drilling, adapters, or proprietary brackets.
