A decoupled, vibration-damping work surface. The Forge Isolation Top creates a decoupled surface by using a constrained-damping layer between the frame and the work surface. Each isolation layer contains two independent work zones, helping limit vibration transfer across the surface and reduce feedback from tools and machines. Forge is designed to support up to two Isolation Tops, providing a maximum of four independent tool zones within a single workstation, ideal for mixed-use setups or multiple machines operating side by side. Design & Construction Each Isolation Top is constructed from layered Baltic birch and Ranger Board MDF. This combination balances stiffness, mass, and energy absorption to reduce vibration transfer while maintaining a rigid, stable work surface. All Isolation Tops are finished with a premium, durable enamel coating, providing a clean, resilient surface that holds up to real shop use.
