An integral knife is one that is forged from one piece of steel with all parts integrated together seamlessly. The integral bolster flows into the handle and the blade in a way tha t feels organic and strong. This knife is forged from 1/2" round W-1 and clay hardened to produce a crisp, undulating hamon. The blade bevels are finely hand-finished with the remaining parts mirror polished. The handle is stabilized "Church" maple five little domed nickel silver pins.
