Our third generation of high-performance forged truck is here!With narrower widths, stiffer ride and higher level of precision than the MK1 and MK2, the Sabre Forged Precision MK3 builds on the lessons learned in over a decade of making and skating forged trucks.At the heart of the MK3 is our cold forged aircraft-grade 6061-T6 hanger. Engineered for maximum stiffness at minimal weight and manufactured using a true cold-forging method, much less wasteful than CNC machining.New for the MK3 are the axle studs. We are now CNC lathing and grinding these axles from EN-24T steel to a tolerance of +/- 3 micron, which allows an extremely close fit to your bearings to minimise play. A chemical blacking process provides a small degree of rust prevention whilst retaining tolerance.The axle studs are screwed and threadlocked using a high-strength formula. This ensures dead-straight axles for longer wheel life and better grip than cast hangers, which will always be slightly bent due to the cooling phase of the casting process.The bushing seat has been tightened up slightly compared to the MK2, perfectly fitting our famous hand-poured bushings whilst allowing them to move as freely as possible with minimal hanger slop.The hanger pivot is CNC'd to ensure perfect cylindricity, mating with our custom urethane pivot cup to provide the smoothest turn you'll find anywhere.With 3mm of rake, the hangers can be flipped for a lower centre of gravity.The 48 degree baseplate creates a high degree of turn, and the 8-hold drilling allows fitment to oldschool and newschool drilled decks, with 6mm of wheelbase adjustment on oldschool drill patterns.Assembled with our Sabre Carve Bushing Kit. Premium formula aftermarket bushings, 16mm tall top and bottom for extra lean. Solid cup washers for maximum rebound.Available in 180mm and 150mm widths to suit a wide variety of deck and wheel dimensions.
