Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor [Hollowedgraphix] hereby grants the Licensee [you] a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the above-described artwork (the "Artwork") for the following purposes: Permitted Uses: a. The Licensee may use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to: - Displaying the Artwork on personal websites, social media platforms, and online portfolios.- Incorporating the Artwork into educational materials, presentations, and non-commercial publications.- Using the Artwork in commercial projects such as advertisements, promotional materials, and digital media. b. The Licensee [Hollowedgraphix] may create physical and digital reproductions (prints) of the Artwork for personal and commercial use. The Licensee [you] may also sell such prints. Prohibited Uses: a. The Licensee [you] may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Artwork available for other third parties to use, reproduce, or display without obtaining express written permission from the Licensor [Hollowedgraphix]. b. The Licensee [you] may not claim the Artwork as their own creation or misrepresent its authorship
