Fork Cap O-Ring (Set/2) This fork cap O-ring seals between the fork cap and fork tube or cap groove. Replace flattened, cut or hardened O-rings when fork oil seeps around the cap o r the fork is apart for service. Lightly lubricate the O-ring so it seats without twisting as the cap is tightened. A small film of clean oil helps the O-ring settle without tearing as the parts are tightened.
