What’s included in your fork overhaul service: Thorough cleaning of the outside of the fork. Inspection for damage and wear. Check for proper function Fork lowers dropped, thorough cleaning of the insides of the lowers. Inspection of stanchions and lowers for wear or damage. Complete disassembly of the damper. Valves, shims, pistons, seal head, ifp or bladder. Thorough cleaning and inspection for wear or damage. Replace and grease/lube all o-rings and glide rings. Re-assemble of all damper components (with the appropriate loctite when applicable) and torqued to factory specifications. Bleed damper to remove all air Complete disassembly of the air spring or coil. Thorough cleaning and inspection for wear or damage. Re-assemble of all air spring or coil components (with the appropriate loctite when applicable) and torqued to factory specifications. Replace dust wipers and foam rings. Lube foam rings and grease dust wipers. Fork reassembly with fresh oil in the lowers. Test for proper damper function Previous damper and spring settings restored Final cleaning to remove any excess oil / grease from providing the service. Show more
