As much as we enjoy the buzzing city, we instantly connected over our shared passion for being outdoors, communal cooking and taking intentional breaks to slow down. This holistic five days retreat serves as an escape from the busy city lives and the ongoing noise. We seek to slow down and build real connections as we get closer to ourselves and the world around us. The Retreat Throughout the stay we will host daily yoga practices as well as tea ceremonies, morning runs, hikes, all complimented by culinary workshops, shared meals and the option to book private Thaiyoga Bodywork Treatments. Our culinary philosophy centers around local and seasonal ingredients. We source our fresh produce from local farmers who supply the finest restaurants in Copenhagen, bringing the best of the region directly to our table. Just one hour outside of Copenhagen, we found the perfect space for the tranquility we are looking for. What makes this place so unique is the mix of communal spaces and some hidden corners for when you need a quiet moment. We have a beautiful old farmhouse with communal spaces such as a cozy living room, a kitchen, and a big terrace. This house features 2 single rooms and 3 double rooms. Directly opposite, you’ll find the building which hosts the yoga studio, the communal living and dining room, as well as 2 additional double rooms. The most special space is located a few meters up the hill: The Shelter. A one-of-a-kind accommodation offering more privacy and a stunning view. So, if you and your bestie want to fall asleep and wake up with a view of the sea, this might be for you. Surrounding the buildings, we have a beautiful garden with our sauna. Cancellation Policy We totally understand that something might come up needing you to cancel the Retreat. To allow us enough time to find a replacement, please note that we require a cancellation latest 8 weeks prior in order to guarantee a full refund. What is Included and What is Not What is Included: Accomodation Food & Drinks Different Guided Activities Sauna Goodie Bag with some littles surprises (trust us, it’s a really good one) Yoga Props (blocks & blankets) What is Not Included: Travel Thaiyoga Bodywork Treatment (option to book them individually) Mats and Bolster Travel Car: You can drive overland or take the ferry. Either way, the journey will be around 5 hours from Hamburg. Train: We suggest taking the train to Copenhagen and then changing to a regional train to Holbaek Station, where we can pick you up by car. Arrival: Please make sure you arrive at the accommodation on Tuesday (16.06.) between 4 and 6 p.m. Departure: We will host a final morning yoga session and breakfast on Saturday (20.06.) and will finish around 11 a.m. Good to Know Yoga: All levels are welcome Movement: A basic level of fitness is recommended Language: German (we’ll happily switch to English if anyone in the group feels more comfortable that way) Food: Vegan and vegetarian meals will be served.
