AM Site Solutions Forklift Course This is a Solas approved course delivered by a certified course provider, AM Site Solutions. This course is aimed at Forklift operatives who do not currently hold a valid safety ticket. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and work ethic required to safely operate a forklift. This training course ensures compliance with all statutory regulations. Duration: 1 - 5 day's. Assessment: Theory and Practical Examination Course Content: Forklift Training Course Introduction Machine Introduction Site Safety and Awareness Safe driving practices Health and Safety Legislation Daily Inspection Hydraulic Systems Certification and testing of machine & attachments. Safe loading, unloading, stacking & unstacking. Manoeuvring of a forklift in confined areas Remove and re-attach forks. Prerequisites: Candidates must be over 18 years of age. Safe pass course completed. Passport or Driver’s License PPS Number Candidate Pack 1 Passport photo PPE(personal protective equipment), i.e. Hard Hat, High Vis Vest, Steel Toe Capped Boots, Gloves. CertificationOn successful completion of this course participants will receive AMSS certified safety card.
