Why We Love It You have the watch and you have the heart rate monitor, so this is the product for those that don't need any additional bulk. The FORM Smart Swim 2 LT Goggles is the most advanced smart swim goggles for athletes seeking real-time swim data, premium durability, and enhanced performance. They are the same as the FORM Smart Swim 2 Goggles PRO, except they don't track heart rate, making them lighter and more affordable. Perfect for pool training, open water swimming, and triathlon preparation, the FORM Smart Swim goggles provide in-goggle performance metrics to help you improve every stroke. Designed with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 lenses, the FORM Smart Swim 2 LT delivers an ultra-durable, scratch-free experience, with fog-free performance, and an ultra-clear view in all conditions. The goggles display live swimming stats such as pace, distance, stroke rate, and split times directly in your field of vision. With built-in coaching tools and customisable training plans, these smart goggles give you the power of a virtual swim coach right before your eyes. Talk Nerdy To Me The FORM Smart Swim 2 LT goggles go beyond traditional swim gear by offering smart swim technology and advanced performance tracking. Equipped with 8 real-time swim metrics, these goggles monitor pace per 100 meters, stroke count, split times, and calories burned. Smart sensors use machine learning to automatically recognise stroke type, rest periods, and swim intensity, giving swimmers accurate insights lap after lap. FORM’s optional premium subscription unlocks access to over 1,500 guided swim workouts and more than 45 expert-designed training plans. You can also upload your own training sessions using Script™, a tool that converts written or digital workouts into fully guided experiences. Completed swims sync automatically to the FORM Swim App via Bluetooth and can be shared to top fitness platforms including Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health, TriDot, and Final Surge. You'll also receive 1-month free with purchase, and can opt-out anytime. Even without a subscription you will still have full access to all core features and real-time data, including stroke rate, time, stroke count, pace, distance, distance per stroke, and in-app analysis. Ideal for open water swimmers, the premium feature of SwimStraight™ digital compass provides real-time directional guidance inside the lenses, helping you stay on course with greater confidence. When paired with a compatible Garmin or Apple Watch, the goggles display GPS-based metrics such as pace and distance right inside the goggle view. With the HeadCoach™ 2.0 coaching system, swimmers receive next-level in-goggle technique feedback and skill-based workouts personalised to their needs.
