Product Code: 10861-744 Form-ZERO™ Formalin Neutralizer is a fast-acting powdered reagent designed to safely neutralize 10% neutral buffered formalin (4% formaldehyde) and 4% gluta raldehyde waste solutions. The unique blend of sulfur-containing inorganic reducing agents chemically reacts with aldehydes, converting hazardous waste into a non-hazardous solution suitable for disposal in accordance with local regulations. Unlike many neutralization products, Form-ZERO™ requires no pH adjustment and produces no drain-clogging polymers, making it a simple, effective solution for laboratories, pathology departments, veterinary clinics and research facilities. Each 500 cc bottle is formulated to neutralize one gallon (4 litres) of 10% formalin or 4% glutaraldehyde waste. Simply add the contents of the bottle to the waste container, agitate thoroughly and allow approximately 20–25 minutes for the reaction to complete.
