Award Winning Formula 151 is a love of North Carolina style vinegar sauce and never giving up. It is a combination of a thin liquid type sauce from the Eastern part of the state an d a thicker ketchup and brown sugar type sauce from the West. This soon to be famous sauce took 151 attempts and 6 months to perfect. We never actually intended to sell it until friends and family wouldn't stop trying to get us to make it for them.
