When Standard Suspension Isn't Enough for Electric Power Your electric dirt bike delivers instant torque and sustained power that traditional mountain bike forks simply weren't designed to handle. The Formula Tech E39 eMoto Forks are purpose-engineered for the unique demands of electric motorcycles – delivering the precision, durability, and performance that matches your e-moto's capabilities. Why Serious E-Moto Riders Choose Formula Tech E39: eMoto-Specific Engineering: Built to handle electric bike torque and weight distribution Superior Suspension Travel: Smooth shock absorption for maximum control Professional-Grade Materials: Lightweight yet incredibly durable construction Utah Terrain Tested: Proven performance on everything from Moab rocks to Wasatch trails Expert Installation Available: BHive Moto's certified technicians ensure perfect setup *Product ships with 30mm drop crown as the standard option Technical Specifications Feature Specification Travel 230mm Brake Mount 220mm Rotor Crown Type 30mm Drop Crown (Standard) Damping High-Performance Cartridge Spring Type Coil Adjustability Compression & Rebound Steerer Tube 1-1/8" or Tapered Options Brake Mount Post Mount Disc Axle Thru-Axle Compatible Weight Lightweight Racing Design Finish Anodized Aluminum Warranty 2-Year Manufacturer Why Suspension Matters Electric Power Demands More Electric dirt bikes deliver instant, full torque from zero RPM – creating forces that standard MTB forks can't handle. The E39's reinforced construction and advanced damping manage these unique stresses. Weight Distribution Differences E-motos have different weight distribution due to battery placement. The E39's geometry and spring rates are optimized for electric bike balance and handling characteristics. Consistent Performance Unlike gas bikes with power bands, electric motors deliver constant power. The E39's damping is tuned for this consistent power delivery, providing predictable handling at all speeds. A: The E39 fits most electric dirt bikes with standard headtubes. Call us with your bike model for confirmation and proper spring rate selection. Q: What's the difference from mountain bike forks? A: E39 forks are built for higher forces, different weight distribution, and consistent power delivery of electric motors. Much more robust than MTB forks. Q: Do I need professional installation? A: While experienced mechanics can install them, we strongly recommend professional installation for safety and optimal performance. Q: How often do they need service? A: Annual service recommended for heavy use, every 2 years for casual riders. We offer comprehensive service packages. Q: Can I adjust them for different riding styles? A: Yes! Compression and rebound adjustments allow tuning for everything from trail riding to aggressive jumping. When every detail of your ride matters, suspension can make the difference between a smooth, controlled run and a rough, exhausting ride. The Formula Tech E39 is purpose-built for e-motos, giving you the confidence to ride harder, faster, and longer without sacrificing comfort or stability.
